Flour Mills of Nigeria (FMN) is inviting applications for the 2026 Future Leaders Accelerated Program (FLAP), a structured 15-month graduate development programme designed to identify, develop, and fast-track high-potential Nigerian graduates into future leadership roles across FMN’s diverse business operations.
FLAP offers participants a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple industries, work on real business challenges, and receive mentorship from senior leaders within one of Nigeria’s largest and most diversified manufacturing groups.
About the FLAP Programme
The FMN Future Leaders Accelerated Program is an intensive development journey that combines structured learning with real-world exposure. Participants will rotate across business units, work on strategic projects, and build the technical and leadership skills required for long-term career growth.
The programme features:
- Hands-on experience across multi-industry operations
- Executive mentorship and leadership exposure
- Capstone projects focused on real business challenges
- Intensive, structured learning and development sessions
- Broad exposure to FMN’s business ecosystem
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- A first degree from an accredited university or polytechnic with a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) or HND Upper Credit
- Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC)
- 0–2 years post-NYSC work experience
- Any relevant professional certification is an added advantage
- Not more than 27 years old at the time of application
