Applications are now open for the 2026 Rest of World Photo Contest, a global photography competition celebrating the human side of technology.
While technology is often portrayed as cold or isolating, Rest of World highlights how digital tools and devices are woven into everyday life in unexpected, creative, and deeply human ways. This year’s contest invites photographers to capture how technology is used in surprising contexts and under unique circumstances within their communities.
