The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) has opened applications for the ASPIRE Women’s Workshop 2026, a fully funded, three-day professional development programme taking place in Barcelona, Spain.
The workshop brings together over 90 high-performing female university and PhD students from Europe, the Middle East, South America, and Africa for an immersive experience designed to introduce participants to consulting, build leadership skills, and connect directly with BCG professionals from around the world.
About the ASPIRE Women’s Workshop
BCG’s ASPIRE Women’s Workshop is a hands-on career development event focused on empowering women who are curious about consulting and eager to challenge themselves in a global, collaborative environment.
Participants will:
- Explore what a career in consulting looks like at BCG
- Engage in interactive sessions and case-based learning
- Network with BCG consultants and fellow high-achieving students
- Gain insights into leadership, problem-solving, and career growth
The 2026 edition will be hosted in Barcelona, with all major costs covered by BCG.
Who Can Apply?
Applications are open to:
- University and PhD students (Undergraduate, Master’s, or PhD)
- Students from all academic disciplines
- Candidates with a strong academic record
- Individuals with intellectual curiosity and interest in new challenges
