- Must hold a valid non-EU/non-EEA passport.
- Must not be eligible for EU/EEA tuition fees.
- Must possess or be completing a Bachelor’s degree from an institution outside the Netherlands.
- Must not have earned a degree or completed a full academic programme in the Netherlands (exchange programmes are exempted).
- Must meet the English language proficiency requirements of the chosen Master’s programme.
- Must receive official admission to an English-taught Master’s beginning 1 September 2026.
- Must meet the visa and residence requirements for study in the Netherlands.
