Who Can Apply
To be eligible, applicants must:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree (minimum upper second-class equivalent)
- Have at least two years (2,800 hours) of work experience—paid, voluntary, or internship-based
- Commit to returning to their home country for at least two years after completing their studies
