Eligibility Criteria for the Deakin University Scholarships

Applicants must:

• Be domestic or international students
• Meet Deakin’s academic entry requirements for research degrees
• Hold at least a Bachelor’s with Honours (2A or equivalent) for master’s applicants
• Hold a relevant Master’s degree or equivalent for PhD applicants
• Submit a high-quality research proposal
• Demonstrate English proficiency (IELTS, TOEFL or equivalent, if required)
• Preference is given to candidates with research publications or academic distinctions.
