About the Programme
The UPG Sustainability Leadership Programme defines sustainability as a broad and interconnected concept that spans:

Participants gain exposure to global sustainability thinking while learning how to design real-world solutions.
The programme consists of two tiers of participation:
1. Online Training (Fully Free)
More than 500 young leaders will receive free virtual training covering:
- Sustainability leadership
- Digital tools for advocacy
- Project design and implementation
- Community action strategies
2. Fully-Funded USA Immersive Experience
A select group from the online cohort will be invited to participate in a one-week in-person leadership experience in the United States. This includes:
- Paid airfare
- Free accommodation
- Meals covered
- Local transportation provided
Upon completion, participants become certified UPG Sustainability Leaders and join an international network of changemakers.
