Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leaders Program 2025 in Morocco (Fully Funded)

Young changemakers from Nigeria and across the Atlantic Basin have a unique chance to enter global leadership circles through the Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leaders (ADEL) Program 2025, a fully funded leadership experience in Rabat, Morocco, organised by the Policy Center for the New South (PCNS).

Since its inception in 2012, the ADEL program has brought together top-tier young professionals aged 25–35 for five days of intensive leadership training, followed by full participation in the internationally respected Atlantic Dialogues Conference. This initiative is not just a seminar—it’s a launchpad for future global influencers, bridging policy, innovation, and action.

The 2025 edition runs from December 7 to 13, and offers participants direct engagement with senior policymakers, global thinkers, and fellow emerging leaders from across Africa, Europe, the Americas, and the Caribbean.

  • Be fluent in English (all sessions are conducted in English)
  • Be available for the full program duration
  • Have a track record of leadership and impact in their community, sector, or country
  • Be passionate about cross-cultural collaboration and problem-solving on Atlantic-related issues

  • CV/Resume (Max 2 pages, PDF)
  • Personal Statement (Max 250 words) outlining your leadership experience and interest in the Atlantic space
  • 1-minute video (Uploaded privately on YouTube) answering:
  • Who are you and what do you do?
  • What drives your work?
  • Why are you applying to ADEL?
  • How will you contribute to the program?
