Applications are now open for the 2027 KPMG Nigeria Graduate Trainee Program, a career-launching opportunity for ambitious Nigerian graduates ready to build a future in consulting, audit, tax, risk advisory, and business transformation.

This program is designed for young professionals who are curious about how organisations grow, how strategy translates into execution, and how innovative ideas create measurable, real-world impact.

Successful applicants will begin at KPMG’s Training School in September 2026 in preparation for the new financial year (FY27).

Who Should Apply?

You are an ideal candidate if you:

• Hold a minimum of a Second-Class Upper Division from a recognised university in a relevant discipline
• Have at least five (5) O’ Level credits, including English and Mathematics
• Are under 28 years old at the time of application
• Have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program
• Demonstrate strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Are proficient in tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, and related applications
• Have not taken the KPMG aptitude test within the last 12 months

Additional Requirements

• Law graduates must have a minimum of Second-Class Upper Division in both their first degree and Law School
• Some units require professional certification, such as ACA or ACCA
