Programme Overview
The Caraway Graduate Trainee Programme aims to reduce the challenges of entering the job market by offering fresh graduates the chance to grow within a multinational organisation. Successful candidates will be trained across both sales and non-sales roles, including:
- Sales and Business Development
- Procurement and Supply Chain
- Human Resources
- Marketing and Branding
- Finance and Accounting
- Logistics and Operations

Who Can Apply?
The programme is open to:
- Recent graduates with 0–2 years of work experience
- Qualified candidates nationwide
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must:
- Hold a minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2)
- Have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC)
- Have no more than two years of work experience after NYSC
- Be 27 years old or younger at the time of application
