The Lafarge Technical Skills Development Program (TSDP) 2025 is a non-residential, 18-month vocational initiative run by Lafarge Africa Plc that aims to prepare young Nigerians for the workforce or self-employment through practical technical training. Trainees receive tuition-free instruction, extensive hands-on workshops, and a modest monthly allowance while learning disciplines such as mechanical, electrical, instrumentation & automation, welding & fabrication, and cement production processes. The course is delivered at Lafarge operational sites in Nigeria and finishes with an internal certification issued by Lafarge.
Hosted by Lafarge Africa Plc, the 2025 TSDP provides OND holders in Nigeria with cost-free, industry-focused training, practical exposure, and a token monthly stipend; successful participants earn a Lafarge internal certificate on completion. Applicants must meet the stated academic criteria; IELTS is not required, and applications close on October 31, 2025.
