The Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) is inviting applications for its Young Professionals Program (YPP) 2025, a fully funded, entry-level leadership development initiative tailored for high-potential individuals from IsDB Member Countries and Muslim communities in non-member states.

Who Can Apply?

To be considered, you must:

• Hold (or be finishing) a Master’s degree from a recognised university in a field relevant to the Bank (completed within the last 4 years)
• Be 32 years or younger by the application deadline
• Have strong communication skills in English (Arabic or French is a plus)
• Be a citizen of an IsDB member country (or up to 25% from Muslim communities in non-member countries)
• Be willing to relocate to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and travel as needed
• Be deeply committed to the IsDB’s development mission

You’ll Stand Out If You Also:

• Graduated with Distinction, Merit, or Honours
• Are a past IsDB Scholarship recipient
• Have work experience in any of IsDB’s core focus areas
• Speak Arabic and/or French
• Are pursuing a PhD or professional certification in a relevant field
