The Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme (NJFP) 2026 is now accepting applications from young Nigerian graduates seeking paid work experience and structured career development. The programme offers a 12-month paid placement with public and private sector organisations across Nigeria, along with a monthly stipend of ₦150,000.
The NJFP was created to help graduates transition from school into meaningful employment by connecting them with host organisations where they can gain hands-on experience, build in-demand skills, and improve their long-term employability.
The programme is a Federal Government of Nigeria initiative, funded by the European Union (EU) and implemented in partnership with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).
About the Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme
The NJFP serves as a bridge between unemployed graduates and job opportunities across Nigeria. Selected Fellows are placed with host organisations based on their skills, interests, and career development needs.
The programme combines paid work placement, mentorship, and employability training, preparing participants for long-term careers in both the public and private sectors.
