The Elevate Africa Fellowship (EAF) 2026 is now accepting applications for its second cohort, inviting experienced African professionals to become Elevate Africa Fellows and deepen their leadership impact across the continent.
About the Elevate Africa Fellowship
The Elevate Africa Fellowship is a pan-African leadership development programme designed specifically for mid-career professionals with 10 to 15 years of experience and a proven record of driving positive change. The fellowship focuses on strengthening leadership clarity, expanding influence, and amplifying African-led solutions across sectors.
Built on the belief that Africa’s transformation depends on credible, experienced leaders, the programme supports professionals who already operate at the intersection of influence, execution, and institutional impact.
Through structured learning, mentorship, and cross-sector collaboration, the fellowship equips participants to shape narratives, influence policy, and advance sustainable development outcomes across Africa.
Impact of the Fellowship

Why the Fellowship Matters
Africa’s development challenge is not a lack of talent, but limited visibility, support, and connection for mid-career leaders. Professionals at this stage often shape institutions, policies, and teams, yet lack platforms that strengthen their leadership narrative and cross-sector reach.
The Elevate Africa Fellowship responds to this gap by investing in leaders who are already in motion and positioning them to drive broader, long-term impact.
