What is the Echoing Green Fellowship?

Echoing Green is a global fellowship programme that invests in leaders who are working on the frontlines of society’s biggest challenges—inequality, injustice, climate crisis, lack of opportunity, and so on. They believe in picking people with deep local insight, bold vision, and the potential to scale impact.

This fellowship targets early-stage social enterprises: projects or organisations that have begun their work but need seed funding and advisory support to grow.

Who is Eligible

To apply, you need to meet these criteria:

• Be 18 years or older by June 1, 2026.
• Be proficient in English, as programming, materials, and communications are in English.
• Have an organisation or project that is at the early stage (you are already doing work, not just ideas) and expert knowledge of the issue(s) you are addressing.
• Be capable of making decisions within your organisation: if you have a fiscal sponsor, ensure that the sponsor does not control decision-making.
