Applications are now being accepted for the fourth cohort of the beVisioneers, a Mercedes-Benz Fellowship. Established in 2023 by The DO School Fellowships and supported by Mercedes-Benz, the initiative equips motivated young people with the training, mentorship, and resources needed to create solutions for pressing environmental challenges.
The fellowship begins with a one-year intensive learning journey requiring at least 24 hours per month. Fellows gain access to innovation tools, global networks, and expert support to turn ideas into impact. After the initial year, participants remain part of a long-term community where they continue to strengthen projects, grow leadership skills, and expand their reach.
Benefits of the Program
- Award-winning innovation training delivered through online learning, Local Hub meet-ups, regional summits, one-on-one mentoring, and peer collaboration.
- A monthly stipend of $541 to support participation.
- Eligibility to apply for project funding of up to €20,000 after completing the first year.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be between 16 and 28 years old.
- Must demonstrate a commitment to addressing an environmental challenge.
- Residency in one of the eligible countries is required throughout the duration of the fellowship.
- A good command of spoken and written English is necessary.
- Prior entrepreneurial experience is not required — only passion and drive for sustainability.

Application Process
The selection process is designed to find motivated, creative, and committed individuals. It consists of three stages:
1. Written Application
- Provide personal and contact details.
- Share your motivation and idea for solving an environmental issue.
- Outline your learning and financial needs.
- Complete a short self-assessment test.
- Upload a valid passport or national ID.
2. Video Interview
- Record a short video (up to three minutes) describing the environmental problem you care about and your proposed idea.
- Applications without the video will not be reviewed.
3. Financial Assistance Application (Optional)
- For those requesting financial support, submit:
- Reference: An employed referee (non-family member) who can verify your living situation.
- Income Declaration: A clear statement of your monthly income sources.

The deadline to apply for the Mercedes-Benz Fellowship is January 25, 2026.
