MTN SAIL Teachers Fellowship Programme 2025

MTN Nigeria has launched an exciting initiative aimed at enhancing the quality of education in the country by equipping public school teachers with innovative teaching techniques and digital tools. The MTN SAIL Teachers Fellowship Programme is a five-month training designed for teachers from all 36 states of Nigeria, helping them integrate technology into their classrooms and adopt modern teaching methods that make learning more engaging and effective.

This fellowship offers teachers a chance to develop advanced skills such as Inquiry-Based Learning (IBL), classroom management strategies, and ways to foster critical thinking among students. Participants also gain access to a collaborative network of peers for sharing ideas and best practices. On completing the programme, teachers receive a certificate that acknowledges their professional growth and positions them as change-makers in their schools.

Eligibility Requirements

• Must be actively teaching in public primary or secondary schools in Nigeria
• Should have access to a smart device
