Eligibility Criteria

- Be a non-French national. Dual nationals with French citizenship are not eligible.
- For the Master’s track, applicants must be under 29 years old at the time of application.
- For the PhD track, applicants must be under 35 years old.

- All applications must be submitted through a French higher education institution that agrees to sponsor the candidate. Individual applications without university nomination will not be considered.

- Doctoral degree (PhD): Up to 12 to 36 months, depending on the project and institutional structure.
