Stichting Women Win, a globally recognised organisation championing gender justice, is inviting applications for its October 2025 to April 2026 Internship Programme. This six-month, fully remote opportunity is open to passionate, socially conscious individuals who are eager to contribute to advancing the rights and leadership of women and girls around the world.
Running from 27 October 2025 to 30 April 2026, the programme offers interns a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in an international non-profit environment while receiving a monthly stipend of €300 in recognition of their contributions.
With a strong commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion, Women Win encourages applications from individuals of all genders, backgrounds, and identities—particularly women, non-binary individuals, and people from underrepresented communities.
Internship Overview
Interns will work remotely but should be available during Central European Time (CET) working hours. Each participant is expected to commit at least three days per week, collaborating with a team aligned to their skills and interests.
This programme provides meaningful, practical exposure to the workings of an international NGO while supporting Women Win’s mission to drive gender equality, women’s leadership, and social inclusion.
There are four available teams for applicants to choose from—each focusing on different aspects of the organisation’s work.
- Funds Team
Focus: Supporting participatory funding initiatives such as the FREE STEM Fund, FREE GROW Fund, and ONSIDE Fund.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in grantmaking and database management.
- Supporting data visualisation and presentation development.
- Contributing to event planning and logistics.
Ideal Candidate:
- Interested in grantmaking and social impact funding.
- Basic knowledge of data visualisation tools (Canva, Tableau, Dovetail).
- Learn Team
Focus: Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) across multiple global programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting data cleaning, analysis, and standardisation.
- Identifying patterns, insights, and data gaps.
- Developing qualitative coding tools using Dovetail.
Ideal Candidate:
- Background in social sciences, development, or business.
- Strong attention to detail and data management skills.
- Experience with Excel, Salesforce, or Dovetail preferred.
- GRLS Accompaniment Team
Focus: Promoting gender inclusion in sport through projects like adidas Breaking Barriers and the Nike Gender Inclusion Learning Journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating engaging content related to gender and sport.
- Co-facilitating workshops and learning sessions.
- Developing gender inclusion resources and conducting desk research.
Ideal Candidate:
- Background in gender studies, education, or sport for development.
- Skilled in virtual facilitation and group engagement.
- Passionate about sport as a vehicle for social change.
- Win-Win Strategies Accompaniment Team
Focus: Advancing women’s economic empowerment through partnerships, due diligence, and corporate engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting Learning Hub sessions and materials.
- Conducting qualitative data analysis.
- Translating findings into strategic communications.
Ideal Candidate:
- Background in international development, communications, or business.
- Interest in corporate social responsibility and women’s inclusion.
Common Responsibilities Across All Teams
Regardless of their placement, all interns will contribute to Women Win’s wider mission by supporting:
- Scheduling and administrative coordination.
- Research and data organisation.
- Content and communication material development.
- Event and meeting logistics.
Candidate Profile
To be eligible, applicants should be currently enrolled in or recently graduated (within six months) from a relevant academic programme.
The ideal intern will:
- Be detail-oriented and highly organised.
- Communicate effectively in written and spoken English.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Work independently and collaboratively across cultures.
- Have access to a computer, webcam, and stable internet for remote work.
- Share Women Win’s commitment to equity and social justice.
