Who Can Apply
You can join the program if you:
- Currently live in any African country
- Are employed, self-employed, or between jobs with prior work experience (including internships or apprenticeships)
- Have less than five years of total work experience
- Have completed at least high school or equivalent (e.g., GED)
- Can understand and work in English, since the program is conducted in English
Note: If you work in the nonprofit/NGO sector or in a non-managerial role, you may still be eligible even with more than five years of experience.
How It Works
