Are you a Nigerian developer or aspiring tech founder with a passion for artificial intelligence and innovation? Applications are now open for the MEST AI Startup Program (Class of 2026) — a rigorous, fully immersive 12-month experience designed to shape Africa’s next generation of AI entrepreneurs.
The MEST Africa AI Startup Program equips early-stage tech talents with the technical, business, and leadership skills needed to build and scale AI-driven ventures. Structured into two distinct phases — a seven-month hands-on training followed by a four-month incubation for top teams — the program offers a rare opportunity to transition from idea to product and from prototype to an investor-ready startup. Participants will work alongside world-class AI practitioners, seasoned entrepreneurs, and expert mentors, culminating in a high-stakes pitch event and the chance to receive further support to grow and launch in the market.
